Prospective students and their families are invited to check out learning in action at Lakeland on Oct. 20-21 for Open House. Both Vermilion and Lloydminster campuses will be open 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.
“Open House is an amazing opportunity to see what we have to offer at Lakeland while making choices about the future,” says Jessica Amundrud, supervisor of recruitment and enrolment at Lakeland. “Both of our campuses will be open and prospective students will have the opportunity to check out our programs, facilities, residences and campuses. We’ve got some prizes lined up for visitors as well and can’t wait to see everyone.”
The two-day event will feature tours of labs, learning spaces, classrooms and residence, as well as interactive activities. Staff and current students will be on-hand to answer questions about everything from finances to life at Lakeland.
Application fees will be waived for both in-person prospective students and those online. Visitors are asked to RSVP in advance at lakelandcollege.ca/openhouse.
